Aron Bodisz
Aron is from Hungary. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, with a specialization in Microeconomics and a Master’s degree in Economics from Central European University. Beside his studies he worked as a research assistant at CEU in the CEU Microdata group, where his tasks ranged from creating research ready data sets to analyzing balance sheet data. In his master thesis, he was studying the role of state funds in the venture capital sector, how their funding structure differs from non-state backed (or private) VC funds‘ and the positive effects their special structure can potentially have on the start-up sector.
His main research interests currently include market microstructure, DeFi and blockchain technology.
In his spare time Aron enjoys reading books, running, swimming and travelling.
